Reema is the founder and CEO of Incept, which specialises in title insurance solutions for all real estate market stakeholders. She has nearly two decades of experience in building and leading title insurance teams and MGAs in UK, European and Asian markets. Admitted as a solicitor in Trinidad and Tobago, England and Wales and Scotland, Reema’s experience also includes seven years of working within all aspects of the legal sector from litigation to real estate transaction structuring. Throughout her career, she has worked as both a Managing Director and Senior Underwriter at various specialist MGAs and consultancies, most notably as the MD of Titlesolv and a senior underwriter at First Title Insurance plc.

Sean has been instrumental in developing title insurance solutions for markets around the world. He is currently the CEO of Trebuchet Secure Group and Title Risk Global, a Lloyd’s Coverholder that provides a comprehensive range of title insurance products. Previously, Sean co-founded a market-leading title insurance company and has held senior executive positions in the insurance market, including start-up companies.

Monty has been underwriting title insurance since 2017, specialising in bespoke commercial legal indemnity products. He is focused on delivering tailored solutions for the UK and global title market.

Matt Stevens, Underwriter at Title Risk Global. Matt began his career in a business development role within the insurance market. In 2024, Matt joined Title Risk Global in an underwriting role, where he has assisted on deals in the UK, Europe, Central and South America and India. Matt graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2021 with an MSc master’s degree in international business.
